Moose Hill
is
the first and oldest private wildlife sanctuary
in the country.
It is Massachusetts Audubon’s oldest sanctuary,
and
one of the largest with nearly 2,000 acres
under conservation.
Today, the Massachusetts Audubon Society
has 41 sanctuaries and protects over
30,000 acres in Massachusetts.
