There's But One Cardinal Rule In Real Estate.

With respect to the density of homes per any unit of measure, Sharon is truly a town divided into East and
West by North and South Main Streets, which run continuously from the center of the town to the borders
of Stoughton and Foxborough, respectively.
As one sees by clicking on the above map, there are very few "anythings" but land on the west
side of the main streets. And, on ALL of Moose Hill, there are but FIVE streets: Moose Hill Parkway, Moose Hill
Street, Upland Road, Bluff Head Road & Walpole Street. That's it! On over thousands of protected acres,
there are about 50 homes. Excluding the homes around the base of the Hill, one can count the homes ascending The
Hill on one's hands and feet. With the exception of fice homes, the top of the hill is all under conservation.
Therein lies the exclusivity and
privacy of 125 MHP!
Additionally, as the topgraphy is rolling, not all of the above select properties have land that
is level or levelable without significant engineering and grading, if even allowed. On Moose Hill Parkway, 125
MHP is one of three... perhaps four... "level" properties. Of these four properties, only 125 MHP
had a "fire-road"... due to the topography and the road's eventual proximity to the back of homes needing
fire protection / suppression on Upland Road.
So, as one can now appreciate from the quantitative and qualitative sifting of properties, 125 MHP
is a special property in a unique area. And due to its proximity to locations and facilitities mentioned throughout
this site, this uniqueness is compounded.
Exclusivity Privacy Uniqueness
This is the very special appeal of
125 Moose Hill Parkway
