It was a design decision that had to be made:
Nest webpages; have a navigation list a mile long; or assemble CONTENT RELATED PAGES onto one to prevent the
first two options. I choose the latter. Therefore, some pages are very long.
Also, at the foot of many pages are
links of varying worth. I have included them for two reasons: 1) To share search engine results with people interested in learning more about the page topic. 2) To
literally bombard people, if any, who try to dismiss my contention that reindeer provide the best privot-point... academically,
culturally, socially, and economically... around which a valuable and vibrant College culture will revolve.
On campus and in the Dartmouth Community, unlimited benefits await The College upon its acceptence of
reindeer. The links support this statement.
CURRENTLY, UPON CLICKING LINKS, A VISITOR REPLACES THE
CURRENT BROWSER WINDOW, WHICH MEANS THAT ONE LEAVES THIS SITE. THEREFORE, TO RETURN TO THIS SITE, ONE MUST
KEY THE BACK-ARROW.
THIS WILL SOON CHANGE. IMPORTANT LINKS WILL OPEN IN A NEW SMALLER BROWSER
WINDOW THAT CAN BE CLICKED-OFF BY KEYING THE RED X.
TRUE... A CLICK IS A CLICK. BUT FOR MANY PEOPLE, IT'S HELPFUL TO KNOW
WHICH SIDE OF THE PAGE THEY NEED TO CLICK. NOW THEY KNOW IN ADVANCE.
