There are four functions that I like to serve as a consultant.
Advisor: To seek to provide better answers to problems.
Facilitator: To work with the personnel to enable change.
Implementor: To make things happen through my own doing.
Trainer/Coach: To teach people how to work without me.
Regardless of the role, I believe strongly in educating the client in the process of business development. The
ultimate goal of my consulting is to make a company strong... not dependent.
I place self-sufficient independence as the most invaluable trait
of all companies...
and people as well!
